The AquaBlade is Australia’s only designed and engineered fine bubble diffuser. The Patented Aquablade design has been developed to offer optimal aeration performance and operation through decades of experience & testing. Aquatec Maxcon’s experience in diffuser design began in the 90’s installing 1000’s of imported diffusers including ceramics, EPDM Disks or Tubes. Aquatec Maxcon engineers identified vast improvements could be made to the commonly available imported diffusers and went about designing the Aquablade Strip diffuser. Through extensive R&D utilising the only dedicated testing facility in Australia. The Aquablade range of diffusers has been designed and tested to offer the highest oxygen transfer efficiency and the lowest energy consumption per installation.

Aquablade L

Designed for fast installation with limited fixings in fixed to the floor installations but can also be incorporated into removable grids. Incorporating a non-deflecting structural fiberglass baseplate Aquablade L reduces the need for extensive in tank pipework through the European and American patented internal air transfer system. With a single 50mm inlet and incorporating internal non return valves two Aquablade L diffusers can be joined to span distances of up to 12m. 6 standard lengths are offered with the option to connect any two lengths Aquablade L is a highly efficient and versatile diffuser.

Aquablade Blue

The original Aquablade diffuser was specifically designed for efficiency and strength for removable grids, however, can be installed in fixed configuration. Utilising a single stainless-steel fixing to secure each diffuser to the header pipework installation time is reduced. Various singe or double grid arrangements are available with various diffuser density available based on site requirements. Aquablade Blue is ideal for rectangular or round tank installations and is available in 4 standard lengths offering mechanical and process flexibility to ensure highest Oxygen Transfer Efficiency is achieved.
